    HB-994/AD HBV-Diamant 16.5 (65)
There were only about 15 HBV Diamants built. This first series had only fuselage and stabilizer built by FFA, the wings were bought from Glasfügel in Germany. At that time the company Glasflügel was directed by Mr. Hütter, the design of the plane originated from Thomas Bircher and Jürg van Voornfeld. So the Initials of the 3 men gave the abbreviation of HBV. Data kindly supplied by Peter Hanhart.
